Incorrect listing

Hi

This company just suddenly appeared on South African s****s and is messing up our credit score. The company has no call center number, then they refer you to Experian and Experian call center says they operate between 8 and 5 which is not true cause you will call the whole day and get the same voice recording.

I saw on your report I have been listed for standard bank and I have been listed by Nedbank the alleged accounts prescribed more than seven years ago.

So who do I turn to to fix this mess? Please provide answers because you can’t go around listing people for the fun of it.

Then have an audacity to say you can contact where they uncontactable. The email address is stars
