Incorrect information on the Experian report

It is disappointing that we have companies like Experian where employees work unguided,no follow ups on consumer queries, management and executives care less about the consumers

I sent an email in May requesting an update on paid up accounts and the paid up letters were attached but it is now December and there is no update. I also worry why do banks use this company because they do not update the client's profile. TransUnion updates are accurate which then shows that Management and executives are competent hence the better performance of employees.
