Incorrect information on expirian credit Bureau

Expirian credit Bureau please update my information.the account called "Nimble" under my credit profile it's paid off and closed but under expirian it's shows that I'm owing amount of R13693. Transunion already updated the information... The account is paid up and closed please rectify your system
