Incorrect information on credit report duplicate accounts

This Credit bureau needs to be investigated. They do not attend to disputes and list incorrect information on your credit profile. I check my report regularly on mycreditcheck and constanty find issues. Experian has Lan account still showing on my credit profile, which has been prescribed and has not removed from my credit profile and has been duplicated. Why do you have one listing from the creditor and another from the debt collector for the same account. Prescribed debt must be removed, please do your job you don't answer any calls
