Incorrect information

My debt review flag has been removed from my credit profile, but the bank I am using is still stating that I have a debt review, that's capitec bank,and experian is the credit bureau that supply capitec bank with our credit profile, so how is it that my flag is still showing on my bank profile while it's not showing on my credit profile?
