Incorrect info on credit report

I am trying to contact you, you people hold our lives hostage with not updating our credit history, i need to apply urgently for a car but they said i was declined due to arrears account. Number 1 i just 3 month ago opened a account i am not behind with any ****... now i need to contact you people but i cant even get through now my application is on hold until i speak to you idiots. why do banks listen to you people.
