Incorrect enquires added on my credit score

Experian SA has incorrectly added an enquiry i did not do from Standard bank on my credit record. Enquiries stay on your credit report for a year. It gives me a bad record which might jeopardize my chances of buying assets to my name. Experian SA has not responded to my email sent on Monday.
