Incorrect Duplicate Accound Removed. - Impact on my bureau profile.

Second bad experience in the space of 2 weeks with Experian SA. I really cannot understand how you can consistently uphold a reputation for poor service and zero customer awareness. I called into the customer care centre to register a dispute pertaining to a duplicate entry on my payment profile. I spoke to numerous people in the contact centre to followu up on the query and I was told that it would take the standard 20 Business Days. I ensured all the supporting documentation was attached to the Duspute and went further to address this directly with FNB. FNB advised me that they had submitted the request for the duplicate account to be removed. When I log in to check this I notice that the incorrect account was removed and the duplicate account with completely incorrect information is still relfecting on the bureau. The correct account which I submitted proof of account for has been removed. Please can someone tell me how this has happened? I would appreciate if Experian could resolve this soonest. My contact at FNB was Sheila and the FNB ITC Department. They have advised me that the correspondence was sent to remove the duplicate account.

This matter has now been made worse as you have updated a settled and paid in Full account to Open and Current resulting in me being declined on Credit. My id# is ***. I have lodged a new dispute on this matter and am considering legal action for what I see as Gross negligence on Experian's part. This closed and paid in full account has been updated to Open and current having a severe impact on my prospects for credit. I am in a deperate situation and need this to be resolved ASAP. The account in question is ***276.
