Incorrect details affected home loan application
Even after confirming all in order - account information still incorrect and affected home loan application After lodging a complaint in March 2016 - Experien had called. Sorted the query and stated all was in order. May 2016 - I had made a joint application for a homeloan. To my surprise this was DECLINED. I then paid and pulled out new credit reports for both my spouse and I. Once again, Experien has put the accounts back on. I personally have tried to explain to them that the accounts has prescribed. They refuse to understand. These are old accounts with Bruma which have not been acknowledged nor paid within the last 3 years. However Bruma only sold it in 2014. This is when they dated accounts. Prescription is not app**** from date the account was sold. My home loan, due to my spouses credit history has declined. This needs to be sorted out immediately as I am now liable to pay penalties to the estate agent and lawyers.
