Incorrect Credit Rating Information on my name.

Experian has an incorrect credit rating on my name. I was under debt review and have since fully settled all my accounts. My debt counselor issued me with a clearance certificate last year on the 17th September 2020. But experian records are still not updated even after my debt counselor, Summit Financials sent them all my paid up letters and Clearance Certificate so they can update their records. My credit score is still reflecting Zero. But when I checked with Transunion my credit score has been updated.

I have tried to send them quite a number of emails and made phone calls but no seems to respond to my enquiry.

I'm really frustrated now as this has implications on my name.
