Incorrect Credit profile status reflecting

I made a credit application through a bank and I was getting declined due to a notice appearing on my profile for Experian. All of my other credit bureau profiles are clear. I have informed Experian before of this issue but it does not seem to have been rectified and it is now becoming an inconvenience. Can someone urgently attend to this and ensure such notices do not appear.
