Incorrect cedit information

I disputed an account which is paidup for about 7 months now, i sent several emails to experian, i sent paidup letters as requested and nifty credit also sent them rmails asking if they can update my credit bureau but they dont want to do it, i dont kniw what to do because i keep on dispuing but nothing happen.
