Incorrect Billing Amount with no Recourse

Experian's "Credit Expert" product was supposed to bill me R4.66 (four rand and sixty six cents) for their Alerts. Instead, they billed me R466.00 four hundred and sixty-six rands and the dont respond to emails and the phones just ring endlessly.
