Incorrect account information

Can you please do me a favour and not always take the side of the creditor, because they are not always right. I have proof, evidence that my account is settled. This is the second review out on you yet you still have not contacted me. For the last time please contact me wrt this. This is the last time I'm requesting by cob today, if no response I will report you to the ambudsman.
