*********** staff not reading and only assuming, not correcting their mistakes asap

Have have been fighting numerous fights between Nedbank and Experian. I was listed for a Nedbank personal loan that was not mine for R25000 I received a letter from Nedbank that it has been fixed but experian does not fix or remove it from my credit report. I have done a dispute last month and it came back saying that I still owe nedbank the outstanding amount and that they are unable to remove it from the credit report. They also said that we must see the attached document. The attached document shows a different person name and surname that is under administration and it is not me. So who can make errors and play with other people's credit and id numbers and not fix their mistakes. My next move is the credit ombudsman and I really am not going to wait another 20 days or even a day for this stupid mistake to be fixed. I need my credit report fixed before the end of the day and between Nedbank and Experian they can decide how they are going to do this.
