My last review about the company was in the 6th of October 2021 and they responded on the 16th of October 2021. To this day my details on their bureau hasn't been updated and no communication has been received from them (not that I was expecting much from those *********** **********). I still regard them as ***** and **********.

I'd like to understand why they keep asking for information if they're not going to use it. My credit profile on Experian is TOTALLY different from the one on Compuscan.

I'm still going to refer this issue to the ombudsman.
