Incompetence & Unprofessionalism

One star is too much, I wish I could give a rating of zero.

My previous Debt Counsellor sent all paid up letters and clearance certificate to Experian in August 2025 and requested my credit profile be updated which Experian acknowledged but to date (7 months later) my credit profile remains unchanged.
