Incompetence!! Incompetence!!!

This credit bureau is so useless I lodged a dispute a couple of times without getting any feedback from finally on the 22nd of November 2024 I did receive a ticket number. 17 days later I haven't received a dispute reference. I guess my dispute will be resolved sometime mid 2025 because of this incompetence company other credit bureaus have resolved this matter long time ago . Something happened to my husband it has been 4months his dispute is not resolved by this company. And I won't be surprised if the dispute is not resolved as I have written all your shenanigans.
