Incompetence and lack of customer service in correcting incorrect information on a credit report

Months after submitting the request for corrections Experian still has not fixed my credit report. In addition they never responded to a query sent to them on 10 May 2021. In an automated response it stated that "A consumer care agent will be assigned to do the necessary assessment and will either log your dispute for you and provide you with the reference number, or contact you via e-mail to request further documents or information." This never happened. Absolutely revolting service.
