Inaccurate records and a lack of servicing.

I'm quite frustrated by the lack of accuracy and communication from Experian. I have logged disputes all to be met with a template like response stating my dispute is invalid despite having proof to my dispute. Their records are inaccurate and this has significant impact on my credit profile yet getting assistance is cumbersome to say the least.
