inaccurate data

i sipho petrus maleke id no ***. have a problem with information sitting on my profile. i have paid off my debts in December 2018 of which compuscan had updated that. to my surprise on my profile shows ( secured accounts could help show that your can stick a payment schedule and You have have at least one secured account on which you recently missed payments). i have been conducting my accounts very well without no account in arrears. please fix everything accordingly. please advise which one secured account are you referring too, when says i have recently missed payments , my contact no ***
