In-accurate Credit Information on my credit report

I listed a dispute with experian regarding standard bank mastercard which has been sitting for 5 years on their system. In their investigation during the call I had with Gabriel today - a team leader. They sent a request to find out the account is prescribed or not. No request of documentation or anything for a 5 year old account. The attitude of this company is way out of line. I have several inaccuracies about my employment history and enquiries being done on my name. They just told me they have no control over what their clients are doing on 3rd party's name. The gentleman told me they actually careless about my opinion of ''Inaccurate'' information on consumer records.

The story of the account in question:Standard bank handed it over and the Consultant I spoke to gave 2 numbers that dont belong to me and said they sent sms's on them. The last balance date was in 2013 on my account. No one advised of handover or ever called. This is the very reason we have such high number of people with bad listing, especially people of colour cause Experian does not represent both their clients and the consumer. The interest is keeping and increasing their client base since they pay subscription fees and all in the expense of a people man on the street. This company is doing more damage than good. I wonder why the banks and other credit providers are relying on such reports? Why no one get records from both ITC and Experian, question descrepencies before deciding to refuse credit to a poor man on the street. Where is Credit Ombudsman and NCR on these issues? Why Experian's system is not audited to ensure that they keeping accurate information?
