Impossible mission to change phone digits on report.

I am trying to change my phone number on my report and it has been an impossible mission, called the telephone lines and none seems to work, emailed for two days but it looks as if I was requesting for something in unknown language despite writing in English to two different people from thier customer care. Horrible.
