I might lose an opportunity to own my first home because of the turnaround times at experian :(

There was a mishap with one of my debit orders from my service providers, I contacted the service provider with a letter of goodwill which stated that I was in the process of applying for my first home and this mishap would negatively impact my chances, the legal department confirmed that they have sent the request to Experian to amend this with reference number (463112). I contacted Experian with the same and communicated the urgency of this matter, I was told about three days but now it has been over 12 days. I have been trying to reach a conclusion with no luck, I am so afraid that if my record and score are not corrected, I may lose an opportunity of being the first in my family to buy my first home :(. @Experian, please help urgently.
