My profile is not been updated correctly.

I have to raise a dispute every month for payments showing as 'in arrears'.

I have to send monthly statements and proof of payments and still no update.

I try to call them with no success. My profile is negatively affected by experian not updating my profile correctly. my scoring event decreased due to this constant errors.
