I have paid off my finchoice account , got a paid up letter and when the credit score was updated 2 months after the payments it stil had the finchoice account listed as adverse

I have paid off my finchoice account , got a paid up letter and when the credit score was updated 2 months after the payments it stil had the finchoice account listed as adverse. I long a dispute and was under the impression since this is a paid up account and provided a letter it will not take long to resolve the dispute but it is. Call center not reachable at al. It so frustrating. I feel like im stuck with no help to get this right
