I am tired of doing one and the same thing
I was sequestrated on 11 November 2019. Experian captured my sequestration date as 11 November 2022. After a multiple disputes ,they finally amended my sequestration date. The sequestration retention period is 5 years. Instead of removing the sequestration yesterday they decided to change the date to 11 November 2022. I'd like for Experian to provide me with reasons for this so that I can present their reasons to the NCR when I go to Midrand. According to the NCR the retention is 5 years if no rehabilitation is sought. I need to understand why they are insisting that I was sequestrated in 2022 and they my provide me with that court order reflecting that date. I'm tired of talking one and the same thing. It is not my responsibility to educate them on retention periods. The funny thing is, on the dispute section for sequestration retention they require a court order with the correct date for them to amend the date which I have provided a multiple times. They further indicate that on the 5th year anniversary the sequestration is automatically removed. Can they please provide me with the court order with my name that reflects the sequestration date of 11 November 2022.
