I am not under debt review

Why are you still listing me as being under review. You removed it previously and now you have put it back again. I am no longer under Debt Review since 2018. I submitted the debt clearance certificate to all credit bureaus including Experian and am surprised that Experian still has it captured whereas Compuscan, TransUnion and XDS removed it. Stop treating customers like this.
