How to log a dispute?

I would like to log a dispute. I have send numerous emails to request info on how to submit a dispute but receive no answer. 2 Other credit bureaus rep**** within hours and the dispute is already in process but a week has passed with no info from your side on how to make a dispute. I even went as far to email my copy of ID and proof of address in hoping someone would respond. I used the email address on your website. Please forward me with info on how to make a dispute.
