How is this even legal?

Can someone just tell me how is this even legal? You get placed on Experian by any business without any proof of what owing on the alleged account is there any legal contract between you and the business that put your name on Experian and no proof of measures the business took to resolve the matter LOL. What even makes it worse is when you query or dispute the facts it becomes your problem and your time to prove them wrong. What right does a consumer have if any? In any court of law, you are innocent until proven guilty but not with Experian
