How is Experian Still a Credit Bureau - This is *****!!

Experian Locked my account after I logged a complaint about them with the Credit Ombudsman. They requested I upload my ID and Proof of Address, which I did. more than their promised 48hrs later my account is still locked. They listed ***** accounts on my credit profile and they never acknowledged my emails nor reply to them. How on earth, is this credit bureau still used by Credit providers in our country? SA consumers are at the prey of corporate capitalist scavenges. All these Ombudsman will tell you of 60 days turn around times. Experian must be removed period.
