How inadequate can a Credit Bureau be?

It would seem that you have chosen to ignore all instructions from : Petrus Steyn ********** from HERMAN ESTERHUIZEN SMALMAN ATTORNEYS. Neither of his instructions, dated 11 October 2018 03:18 PM and 12 November 2018 11:20 AM were actioned. I have also logged numerous disputes, but you simply chose to ignore them all. This matter will now be referred. You are the ONLY Credit Bureau who has ignored all instructions. Well Done!
