How hard is it to READ?

I've been battling for over 2 months to get Experian to rectify an error on my credit report. When I first submitted the query, they were quick to respond - however, after 20 business days, they came back having completely missed the whole point I was querying. I've been trying to point this out to them ever-since, but they simply ignored my correspondence. For Experian: This is regarding dispute nr. EGM ********** 00002 - Before responding, please READ my emails detailing what this dispute is ACTUALLY about (before I publically humiliate you people by posting it all here for everyone to see!)
