Horrible service.

If I could give Zero Star, I would. I have been trying to get ahold of the call centre for the last week, however i’m on hold for an 1hour+ each time without being attended to at all. I have sent multiple emails which neither have been rep**** to. I paid up an account and want them to update it on their side, Transunion and every other beaureu has updated except for Experian ????????
