Horrible service

I had a dispute on my credit profile and in October 2022 received a response from Experian stating that the dispute was resolved in my favour. It shows that the account is removed, but another part of the report shows that the account is still in arrears. However the account still reflects negatively on my credit report and I do not get a response via email and when I phone the line is just silent after selecting the option I want.
