HORRIBLE SERVICE - 45 MIN WAIT TIME - NO ACTION

How is this business a part of the Credit Bureau?? My debt councilor has sent them my Clearance Certificate on 23rd of May. All other Bureaus cleared me IMMEDIETELY. I have tried on TWO different occasions to get a hold of them and waited for 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. I resubmitted a NEW ticket, and I am yet to receive even an email on one of the two disputes. Do you not realize you are playing with people's lives??
