Horrible Service

I am unable to load a dispute online. I called the CC and I was advised to email my documents and I did. I never got a response. Only a response stating that my query has been closed. I called the call center and the agent dropped the call after 40 minutes of holding. I am highly disappointed in your service. I am trying to get an account of 5 years removed. My transunion did this with no issue and sent me an updated record. There is no way you can run a call center that has a wait time of 30 minutes all day.
