Horrible service

I've written multiple complaints and still have not been assisted. They have violated the national credit act not once, not even twice but 3 times. After submitting my last review I was contacted and provided with a reference number for my complaint and I was told that according to the NCA they have 20 business days to get back to me. And it's been about 25 business days. When I reply to email to get feedback I get an automated response. I need urgent assistance. This can not continue!!!
