Horrible pathetic bureau

I had one of My account prescribed with transunion and I was told I need to call other bureau and surprisingly this pathetic bureau claims I made payment on an account I had nt not made payment on for the past 63 months and they are standing on my way ...please provide the proof that I paid im waiting on it ....*****
