Horrible Horrible Horrible

1 star is even too much for these people. I've been trying to contact them, spent the whole day being on hold waiting for a consultant to answer. My debt counselor has sent countless mails to them and still no response. I called previously and was advised that my counselor needs to send a mail with the relevant documents and once again it was sent cc'd me on the mail and definitely I received it, so did other parties that were on the mail.

It is honestly outrageous how you hold on the phone for over 15min each time I called with no one answering.
