Horrible experience with Experian

A credit inquiry was made on my profile without my consent and permission. I've logged a dispute with Experian. A few days later, I received an email confirmation from Experian that my dispute has been resolved and that inquiry will be removed from credit profile.

Now when I try to check my Experian credit profile, the inquiry is still listed and not removed.

When I called Experian, I spoke to Zanele Mangaliso. Who informed me that removal was done on "My Credit Export" and not on "My Credit Check".

When I respond to the initial email received, that my dispute was resolved. I'm being told that matter is being investigated and provided with a dispute reference number.

???

Had not followed up, when was this dispute going to happen? Another 20 days? What is Mogau Rashoeshoe (Experian Consultant) doing? Emails are contradicting each other.
