Horrible credit bureau which should be delisted

My wife's credit profile reflects she is under debt review since 2013 , yet she is not and the information was sent 4 years ago with no update. Can you guys update your records ASAP as our life is at standstill. Contact ***, else we will have no choice but to take further action. We have sent another email with all documents with no responses and the contact centre doesn't answer calls. Very horrible service for a credit bureau!!!

I am again following up on the former complaint with regards to *** 08 8. The debt counselor has sent the clearance certificate and letters as per below, but to date we have received no confirmation of the clearance:
