Horrible clear score and Experian Sa low scoring me on paid up loans

I paid my Wonga loan in 2021 and LIME LOANS 2022 and I have proof of payment settlements and even after contacting Experian and clear score sa my score hasn’t improved and this hasn’t even been updated from my credit profile it shows I’m in arrears. I would like this urgently updated and to be emailed about it
