Horrible and unfair treatment by Experian

It seems I'm in a battle with Experian. This regarding dispute/s. My second dispute for the same account. Both disputes settled in my favor. But the account is still reflecting negatively only credit profile. 4 months on No response from their call Centre on ***(You will hold) No response from their email address: ***

Of all the Credit Bureaus in South Africa, Experian I hate the most!
