Holding on the phone for 30 minutes
I have been holding on the phone for 30 minutes. What kind of business practice is this? This is not acceptable, I have a very urgent query that needs to be sorted out today and need someone to speak to as I stand to lose a home! Can someone please reach out to me urgently
