highly disappointed
Good day,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Experian regarding my credit dispute. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including the closure letter for the disputed account sent on April 9th, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. My attempts to contact Experian via phone and numerous emails have been largely ignored. It has now been 21 business days since the dispute was officially logged, and over 30 days since the closure letter was provided, yet the issue remains unresolved and I continue to encounter problems when applying for new credit. This lack of communication and action has forced me to escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). The handling of this dispute has been incredibly frustrating and has severely impacted my ability to conduct necessary financial transactions, particularly regarding the purchase of a house. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Experian to be aware of the potential for significant delays and communication issues. My experience has been extremely poor, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and resolution.
yet again another day has passed. feedback from Leah is that still no feedback from SSDA. after that confirmation that documents was sent again on 8 May 2025. today we are at 27 May 2025. still not resolved. this is utterly the worst of the worst i have ever seen. even Leah is not responding to an email. no feedback from no one at Experian.
