Held captive by experian credit report

I have been querying my report for the past year and beginning of this year. They always come back with evidence but refuse to fix my credit report. I can not even apply for credit as most service providers prefer this report than the transunion report. I am very frustrated because I produce the evidence they sent me themselves where it clearly shows the instalment and balance of this account but I never get any feedback but my credit report does not change.
