I have never seen so much incompetence from a company. You are the worst of the lot. This debt was paid up and you updated it as such but inexplicably, now you have shown it to be in arrears for nine months thus affecting my score!!!! I am sending you these documents again, Please update my credit report accordingly!!!! You are so depressing to deal with honestly.
