I lodged a dispute with Experian over removal of incorrect information listed on my report only to find out that my dispute was never left logged and therefore never processed. For months, I was shifted from pillar to post.

On Tuesday, I called and spoke to Lesego. Not only was she professional but she was empathetic. She immediately took responsibility and managed my dispute. She was able to action everything. Something that the other consultants couldn't or refused to do. Many of them pass the buck and deal with the queries carelessly.
