Great service and prompt responce

<p>Good day ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to complement, an enthuastic, helpfu, eager to assist Experian call center agent, Her name is Leah Ramoroka. I had an escalating issue with cereditor failing to update record. Finally i made i think 5 calls to the call center and i spoke to Leah, She handled my case and kept me updated and she was very helpful. I wish all customer service agents can be like her. She explained the processes and the details and the feedback on the notes and the timelines she will take to resolve the query. I appreciate the effecient, effectiveness and dedication she showed to my case.
